What is Your Return or Exchange Policy?
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • The item(s) is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, with all labels and protective stickers intact.

  • The product received does not match the size or item ordered.

How Do I Apply for a Return?

For defective, faulty, or damaged items, a replacement will be sent. You must email photographic evidence of the issue to miniwear.store@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase for claims to be processed.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. However, MiniWear offers free return shipping for our valued customers. In case of a defective item, delivery charges will be reimbursed via bank transfer.

When Will My Return Be Processed?
We aim to process all returns within 5-7 working days of receipt. During busy sale periods, please allow up to 14 working days for processing.

What is Your Size Exchange Policy?
If you are unsatisfied with the size you purchased, you may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. Contact us via email at miniwear.store@gmail.com to initiate the process. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all labels and stickers attached.

Do You Offer Refunds?
Yes, refunds are provided in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged or defective.

  • There was a mistake by the packing staff, and the product received does not match the order.

Note: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Refunds are processed within 7-10 working days.

Exchanges during sales or on discounted products are only applicable if there was a packing error, and the product received does not match the order.

Non-Returnable Scenarios
We cannot support returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • The request is made outside the 7-day timeframe.

  • The product is damaged due to use.
